Everett Harry has over
twenty-five years experience in public accounting, focusing most of his
professional career on complex business litigation and disputes, as well as
government contracts consulting. During the last decade, Mr. Harry has been
a partner with both a local firm bearing his name and a big five
international accounting practice. His clients include plaintiffs and
defendants, as well as private and public entities. He has testified as an
expert witness in federal and state courts, arbitrations and other dispute
resolution arenas.
Mr. Harry's contributions to
the profession include serving as the California Society of Certified Public
Accountants San Francisco Chapter President and Chair of the Statewide
Litigation Services Committee. For the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants, Mr. Harry was appointed to the Litigation and Dispute
Resolution Services Subcommittee and the AICPA Council, the institute's
overall governing body. Mr. Harry has authored numerous articles for
professional publications concerning litigation consulting services, as well
as two AICPA practice aids. His 2002 article in the Journal of
Accountancy entitled "Modeling and Discounting Future Damages" has been
cited as an authoritative source by the U.S. Court of Appeals and the U.S.
Court of Claims.
Mr. Harry is a licensed CPA in
California and Nevada. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern
California and earned his AB in Economics from San Diego State University.
